This service is not a single stand; it is a whole space. Laying out a festival site from end to end, designing every event a brand will enter over a season in one language, or running a campaign's stand, its outdoor work and its event management together.

Why from one team
On this kind of work, money and time are usually lost not in the work itself but in the handovers. An agency designs it, another company makes it, a third builds it; something falls at every handover and nobody owns it. A detail that looked right on the drawing cannot be made, nobody knows whom to call, the invoice splits three ways but the responsibility splits nowhere. Under one roof there are no handovers: the team that designs it is the team that makes it and builds it.

Where we start
From the space, not the image. Its dimensions, entrances and exits, the flow of people, the power and the ground, permit processes, the build window. A design drawn before these are settled may be beautiful but cannot be built — and a design that cannot be built costs more than one drawn correctly from the start.
