A project succeeds or fails on how it is planned. All six stages — from taking the brief to dismantling the space — are ours: design, engineering, production, build and storage in one contract, with one point of contact.
Step 1
Brief & needs analysis
Type of event, floor size, number of open sides, budget range and your brand's goals. We draw the outline of the project together in the first meeting.

Step 2
3D design & concept
Original concepts matched to your brand identity and the architecture of the space. We visualise your stand at true scale before the event and put it to you for approval.
Standing on screen before it stands on site.
Step 3
Technical drawings & engineering
Structural calculations, electrical and lighting plans, material details. We obtain every approval from the organiser and the venue ourselves.
The paperwork is ours, and so is the responsibility.
Step 4
Production & dry assembly
Production happens in our own workshop. To leave no room for error on site, every part is pre-assembled and checked here first.
No surprises leave for site.
Step 5
On-site build & handover
An experienced site crew working exactly to schedule. After the electrical and lighting tests we hand the space over ready to use.

Dismantling & logistics
Fast, safe dismantling when the event ends. If you want, the modular systems move into our storage ready for your next project.
