Brief & needs analysis
Type of event, floor size, number of open sides, product list and budget range. We draw the outline of the project together in the first meeting.
Measurements first, drawing second.
- Day 2
3D design & concept
Three concepts matched to your brand identity and the architecture of the space, each with an itemised price. Two rounds of revisions included.
Standing on screen before it stands on site.
- Day 4
Technical drawings & approval
Structural calculations, electrical and lighting plans, fire-retardancy certificates. We obtain the organiser's approvals ourselves.
The paperwork is ours, and so is the responsibility.
- Day 14
Production & dry assembly
Production happens in our own workshop. Before anything leaves for site, every part is assembled, checked, numbered and photographed.
No surprises leave for site.

On-site build & handover
A crew of six, eight hours. After the electrical and lighting tests we hand the space over ready to use.

Dismantling & logistics
Dismantled in six hours. The modules are labelled, sent to storage and kept free of charge for twelve months, ready for your next project.
The system goes up again at the next fair.
