A stand is the only physical contact your brand makes in that hall over a few days. The visitor decides before stepping inside: walk in, or walk past. That is why we start from flow rather than looks — where people enter, where they stop, where they pick the product up, where they sit down and talk.
Design
From the measurements, the number of open sides and the product list in your brief, we draw three separate concepts. Each comes with an itemised price, so nobody has to go through the "I like it but it blew the budget" round. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Engineering
Structural calculations, electrical and lighting plans, fire-retardancy certificates. We prepare the approval file for the organiser and we follow it up. We need nothing from you but a signature.
Production
Production happens in our own workshop. Timber, metal, acrylic and printing are under one roof, so parts do not sit waiting for each other. Before anything leaves for site, the stand is dry-assembled once in the workshop: missing parts, joints that do not sit and dimensional errors surface there, not on site.
Build and dismantling
The crew that builds the stand is the crew that made it. A technical lead stays on site for the length of the event. When dismantling is done, the reusable parts are numbered and taken into our storage; adapting the same stand to a new size at the next event is both faster and cheaper than building from scratch.
What you get
One contract, one point of contact, one invoice. Design, engineering, production, transport, build, on-site support, dismantling and storage are all inside the same scope.
